yes but it's pretty difficult to guess no? I mean most of the difference between good and bad players comes from decision making and not mechanics
like someone's either very bad and it's obvious or very good, but in between it's roughly the same
you can get to a high rank with trash mechanics and stay in silver with very good mechanics but poor decision making is what I'm trying to say, so it's no wonder they can't really guess anything
