I drove through it a few months ago and i know for a fact now us moving was a great choice. my old man took an early retirement deal and moved down to the Finger Lakes. I stayed there until college then went out of state, lived in NOVA for a few years right out of school working, then realized it was getting super shitty super fast and moved up to the adirondacks right after i got married. great choice of a place to raise a family, just wish NYS politics werent entirely one party.
