Unmotivated and lazy, don't care about goals.
When exercising I run out of gas very quickly.
After exercising I don't recover as fast. Have DOMS several days after for shit I used to do every day.

Any substance that makes you happy for 30 minutes but then makes you a zombie the rest of the time simply isn't worth it.
Upsides of quitting it that I've noticed so far:
Less acne and a cleaner, more "warm" and "alive" skin.
Blood flow to extremities improved. Don't get cold fingers in winter. (Used to be 10x worse when I smoked)
Firmer pulse. Can handle things with more precision (important for my job).
Stable levels of energy throughout the day. I don't need to take several coffees throughout my workday to perform then go home and get bad sleep.
Increased perception of the passage of time. Time goes by slower and you can do so much more stuff. You don't waste as much time dicking around.
Thoughts are more clear and precise instead of being all over the place.
