You probably have a viral infection. There are types of virus that are "flesh eating" if they get in your dermis. These kinds of infections are common in boxers that don't wrap their hands and use dirty bags. Also some types of tradesmen get this kind of infection from untreated wounds. Take supplements with anti-viral properties, see if it helps.
