>>12497147well the problem assigned was to use the binomial theorem to evaluate a sum. the binomial theorem basically boils down to being a formula, but what were were supposed to evaluate already had the formula applied to it.
since the formula is a summation i imagine that i was supposed to see some sort of pattern and simplify it to show that it all cancels out and evaluates to 1, but i ended up just plugging in all the numbers and doing 10 steps of multiplication and addition instead
