Get the cheese out of that fluid it sits in and rinse with water to clean from it. It's too salty or having a strange smell otherwise, i always do that before eating, after that you can put the rest of it back into the same fluid. Thanks for the offer, i was in Ireland for 3 weeks September - October, but got fired, so there i searched for some of our stuff, but found only greek feta cheese, which was just a cheap knock-off, but the greeks managed to sell their product in Europe, while we can't do that with such success. The irish had some of their emmental cheese and chedar, but... it was far off. I was having a withdraw from not eating the good stuff in less then 3 weeks, i was already carving for it.
