well idk what to say other than i'm not because i'd rather get that shit out of the way quickly than watch stuff while i'm doing it
with unemployment for example there w as a lot of information they were asking about that i didn't have readily available like exact dates of work history and gross pay while working at that location.
or like for school they tell me i have to change my major before signing up for orientation with an email to contact so i send an email then get a reply saying they can't do it with no further instruction, so i just contact an advisor who tells me to contact some third person who tells me that they can't change my major until i sign up for classes which i try to do only to find out that i can't sign up for classes until i do orientation so i run in circles because nothing is made clear and my only option is to contact people who basically tell me to shove off
