Maybe make a forum, shill it a lot, pick out people you think would be fine(need actual good judgment or rip next step), make forum in spooki deep web and only send link to people you want there. It may result in a circle jerk, it may result in someone seething and spreading that link resulting in retards joining etc (maybe put password on deepweb forum would fix). I don't see any other way desu automatic filters probably can get bypassed easily like "answer this math question to enter the site"
