I usually just ignore people who speak directly to me or i give very short and blunt answers
Even with people who i was supposedly very close with I could never fully open up to them without them trying to criticize or speak down to me because of how i speak about myself or about topics sometimes, i.e saying nigger casually, even if im just calling myself a nigger. 4chan and other chan sites are my only outlet where i feel like i can talk.
Because I rarely speak to anyone i also have a quiet voice and I need to intentionally raise it so other people hear me
