>I got through talking to you guys not too long ago about getting into my account. So I'm in my account and I went to my e-mail, watch for an e-mail, and I was told that my undergraduate would merge with my graduate. And I'm in my e-mail, and I don't have none of that. I don't have none of my old information, none of my saved documents that are important and imperative that I recover by 8214 from the military. By accommodations for my disability. None of that. The old undergraduate account was supposed to still be there. I was told that I would be able to retrieve everything on there, and if I wasn't able to, I should have been notified to where I could have retrieved and copied and pasted and sent all that information and documents to my Gmail. So nobody did that. Eric, you slipping in your game, you would use the boss Where And know exactly what you're doing, bro. I got faith in you. So if at all possible, I'd like to retrieve all that. If not, you dropped the ball, man. I got highly sensitive stuff in there and in the bedroom. You just got my stuff exposed, bro. I'm just not understanding that. So somebody let me know something. Let me know that my account is retrievable. I need to get that account back as soon as possible. How about try and do all that? So if at all possible we can get my undergraduates account merged with my graduate account, that would be awesome because I'm looking at a blank page on my graduate account thinking that I'm going to see all my old stuff from my undergraduate. I don't even have a welcome Floyd. None of that. So yeah, what's really going on man, I'm lost here. And then there's nobody here to guide me and let me know how where I need to be going at. I don't have no emails and I was assured that I would be able to see the emails that were sent to me by the professor for being accepted into the university for my graduate. I don't see nothing except for this. I wait or call and response and reply to enlighten me what was going on.
