Asians are often more "White" than Caucasians, especially in the case of north-east Asians. and certainly if Sun tanning is taken into account. Skin bleaching is a multi-billion-dollar industry in Asia, and Asians unashamedly prefer lighter skin tones; with even the caste system of lowly poojeet being largely predicated upon epidermal hue (e. g., the "Brahmin" priestly class were scholarly and spent most of their time out of sunlight).
