In turn He has hardened your hearts (Isaiah 6). And instead of being a light to the Gentiles, you have used God’s obvious blessing to become a scourge. You manipulate, deceive and outfight lie to take advantage of Gentiles who are made in God’s image. His wrath is kindled against your people for this and He is chastising you with persecution.
And yet the day of Jacob’s Distress (Jeremiah 30) will come like a thief and you will look on the one you have pierced and repent (Zechariah 12).
Of course you can do this now. You can turn to Yeshua, the one who was pierced for your sins, in repentance and be saved from that day of distress.
