there was a while i'd make omelettes to put on toast with bacon and mayo which was quite good but also a lot of different steps so i've since fallen back to just scrambled or sunny side up. i swear to you that i make the best scramble you've ever seen in your life, but when i have 15 eggs in 3 days i need a day off it once in a while.
