no you misunderstand, i'm not talking about a man putting he/him in his profile, i'm talking about cishet people going by they/them pronouns in general. it's a really abstract form of cancer because conceptually i wouldn't care if gendered pronouns vanished overnight and they/them was all that was left, but the reality of having to ""normalize"" it and necessitating this social contract where pronouns have to be established at the start of any interpersonal relationship is disgusting
