regarding responsobility, look my other posts to get the picture Im painting - its collective responsibility more than individual. Part of blame on women is legitimate, but that is not where the solution lies, we should fix masculinity first since that is what caused it, we cant blame women for having a blind spot - that is what makes them feminine, but its a thing that can be used against them/us.
