they had sailor moon here when i was a kid, but i don't think i saw more than a couple of episodes. maybe it seemed girly to me, i don't remember. but thinking back, i definitely saw a surprising amount of japanese shows for a kid in eastern europe. voltron, saber rider and the star sheriffs, a show called ninja robots that nobody remembers
actually turns out voltorn and saber rider and the star sheriffs weren't japanese, they did that thing that power rangers did where an american company just edited scenes from a japanese show and made up their own plots
