If a man is circumcised as an infant, he does not get to choose the penis he desires. He does not get to choose how much or how little foreskin he is left with. He does not get to decide anything about the state of his penis.
Why then would you circumcise an infant? It is illegal to circumcise a man without his consent. But you can circumcise an infant on the presumption that he wants it done when he turns 18? Why are you allowed to make that assumption?\
