I got started around December last year, after isolation, lack of exercise and all-around fatness started catching up with me.
It's not hard to fix yourself. Here's your ease-in plan:
Switch to the Mediterranean diet. Pasta is fine, but try to keep it vegetarian and only eat lean meat 3 times a week. Moderate quantities only. A little wine is okay, if you must, but natural fruit juice (squeeze it yourself) is better. Lots of salad, not the kind with fried fucking chicken on top of it, but real salad. Your snacks are mixed nuts and fruit you dehydrate yourself. Cheerios are okay with low fat milk, but not as a snack or as a dessert.
Exercise starts with a 30 minute walk. Doesn't matter where. Just make it your morning routine. After a week of forcing yourself, you'll feel weird if you skip it. After a week, add enough elevation or rough terrain to get your heart rate up for half the time you're walking. I use 5 flights of stairs at a nearby parking garage. Gradually get to where you're jogging out to your elevation, climbing, then walking back.
Think clean thoughts. Your depression is induced by your status as a goy in a kike-ruled empire. That depression makes you feel hopeless. Those thoughts lead to overeating and skipped exercise. Instead, think about young white families and the spirit of European pioneers. Listen to Classical music. Take your Kandinsky prints off the wall and hang up something nice to look at.
In 1 month, you should have dropped 10 pounds and have more energy. In 2 months, you'll be cinching in your belt a notch or two and your BP should be in the normal range. In 3 months, you'll actually like looking at yourself in the mirror and weighing yourself to see your progress. In 6 months, you'll be down a couple of pants sizes and ready to start lifting.
Don't get disheartened, anons. It's a process. Eventually -- really right away -- you'll be disgusted with how you used to eat and abuse yourself.
