It's interesting that you think God, the source of all evil, is not evil himself. Did he not create Satan and many evil things? Despite doing many things that are evil, you regard them as just, because you've been told it is so.
At least answer this:
Is the man possessed by Legion truly at fault? Had Jesus not cast out the demons, would he have gone to Hell, if so, why? How much if his decisions are even him an not the spirits, how much of him is left & in control? How is that even fair? How could he possibly receive a fair judgement?
