Basically convenience store food because unless you have a mother or wife to cook you breakfast, you don't have much time to eat a proper breakfast.
We even have blocks of biscuits called "Calorie Mate" that can be eaten in substitute of lunch. Because people are too busy to eat a proper lunch. Most days I just skip a lunch.
