Your father - never mention this subject again, change it to more positive things and build up your relationship
GF - This one is gonna be up to her, really. If she pushes you for an explanation you can gradually lead her to the truth and see if she will drink, but never push her actively since if she isn't ready she will just betray you instantly to her dad and/or mental health authorities and get you comitted. Ask how I know.
If she doesn't push you for an explanation then just don't contact her anymore and give one-word replies if she says stuff until she gets the hint and breaks up with you.
