Even my gaming is alot of old retro stuff. be it on old dead computer os or through console. I still play modern games but most stuff doesnt appeal or is made with woke and dei in it and im not into that forced preaching over a good story and fun game. So in a way going back to some old rpg from 1989 works out for me since the games from so far back kick my shit in constantly and there's alot of my brain filling things in for me in regards to visual or whatnot lacking. plus some of these old games really had a bunch of content for what it was. im still messing around in elite and its sequel frontier elite or whatever its called. massive space worlds to be part of. And than you can setup the bbs door games to play locally so ive had bbs door games running daily on my computer I play through msdos emulated or if the bbs door is updated for modern os. so still -playing a fully decked out with igm's lord and usurper and clans and so on. and as for the telnet its awesome to sit at 2am listening to music and smoking a bowl of weed and browsing a bbs that used to run in the 80s or 90s and updated and got online. good times. I could go on and on about tons of stuff and my autism wishes more people actually took the plunge and explored it all. its tons of tiny worlds and communities almost nobody remembers or missed when it first was out.
