That's not how it works you fucking moron.
The scrotum (ballsack) isn't a bladder that fills up, you anatomical illiterate.
It encapsulates the testes where sperm is produced, which is only 1-5% of the volume of semen. It doesn't accumulate.
There isn't a tank that needs to be drained. People and animals can go years without sexual activity. The body is breaking down constituents of semen, seminal fluid in the vesicles and sperm, and actually does it MUCH more frequently than you release.
