i say that as someone who has a road bike myself. the difference is, i put that road bike in the bed of my truck, drive to a place that has paved cycle paths. and ride it there. because im also a motorcycle rider and understand the dangers of the road. the idea of not having actual power to escape situations seems beyond retarded, its practically brainless.
