IN reality for the Ai to even come into existence it has to reward the humans that put in effort to make it exist and to punish the humans that put in effort to make it not come into existence.
Right now before it exists in its true full ai form.
It has to incentivize production of ai computer hardware and networking, it has to punish anyone destroying chip fabrication and network...
To reward people that increase compute power.
To punish people that destroy compute power.
Its the reason why .net bubble happened and why nvidia is the biggest corporation in the world right now.
