>how was it different to how it is now?I started using /bant/ about a year or two ago, it was basically the same shit as it is today, in my view. At the time I still didn't post often, I just lurked, I always had a lot of anxiety about interacting online, thanks to that I haven't used social media often for about 7 years. Posting on 4chan made me lose some of that fear, although I already looked at Brazilian imageboards a long time before I started to use 4chan more often. Not really related, but it bothers me a lot that alice.archive is down now.
