This creates a couple of problems: an overwhelming majority have to interest in /bant/ and thus aren't going to reply, and have no reason to take an interest in /bant/ because there's nothing they can get here that they can't get a higher quality version of elsewhere.
/qa/ then has a group of trolls. These epic shitposters (frogposters) are the ones who perpetuate the "war" that someone outside these circles would see. The only people replying to your thread are those who would take advantage of the unaware to start a flamewar.
