I'm the pleb who injured my back with deadlift a while ago, you might remember that thread idk. Anyway I recovered I'm B L O A T as fuck (94kg at 5'10), but my bench is 125kg and deadlift 210kg for a double so I'm pretty happy with that. I'm gonna go on a cut soon
