>>16826712got it to work (unfortunately)
btw
games that have in-built screenshot keys are the only good games
if u ever make a game and u dont put that in u need to die or something
anomaly does so i get to post them, its gonna be a pain to alt-tab because after however many decades of advanced in computer technology we still havent figured out how to implement alt-tabbing while in-game without destroying everything, i might have to restart the game literally every single time i tab out of it, so thats really cool.
i guess the answer is playing on borderless mode but idk if anomaly even has that, ill have to check. related to that i should probably also downsize my resolution to 1024 4:3, on 16:9 it still does run kind of shit even while im on vanilla anomaly, although its not near unplayable but when im on a bigger map and have a sightline that has to render a lot of it in, it drops a lot of frames so that makes things a lot harder cause it makes my mouse feel like im moving it on ice, also beyond that lower resolution is just overall more fps which is always nice. the con is that, despite not being a person to care for a game looks when it comes to stalker ive always liked to play on a proper resolution instead, i think it lets you take things in way better and makes the gameplay more immersive which ya im an autistic sucker for, i know i know muh immersion yada yada i dont give a shit. it just looks a bit goofy all the time when on 4:3. anyway not to ramble too much, im gonna play on 16:9. probably will die because of that lol but whatever.
anyway i fixed the 3 fps issue by adjusting one of the sliders by like 2 millimeters
apparently that makes the difference between the game being playable and not so thats cool
remember when i said that thing about anomaly having great optimization you know maybe not
but whatever im not gonna act like im not on a dying ten year old laptop that might explode as i am writing this post
