Atheism is a particular rejection of logic, which bears no consequence.
Example: You cannot refute that 2+2=4 because there are consequences.
It's used in everyday life so you can't move forward rejecting it.
Whereas rejection of God on the other hand bears no consequences, but doing so is still as much irrational nonetheless.
Just because you can reject it doesn't make it any less irrational.
But this consequences are not completely absent. They are more present and prevalent in the backwaters.
Take Africa for example, they are more prone to believing in God because of their witchcraft, or things of the nature.
