>>11350551it doesn't seem that way so far at least. chapter 1 had a ton of words for occupations and such that weren't mentioned a single time outside of the vocabulary list including elsewhere in the book so i assume they're taking the stance that they are words that are good to know and might be useful if they're likely to be relevant to you specifically, but otherwise aren't worth worrying about too much
ie if your mother is a nurse you should learn the word in case you feel like talking about your mom's occupation but it's unlikely it'll come up otherwise so don't worry about it while everyone should learn the word for office worker since it's very likely that people you talk to or their family are office workers.
an example out of this chapter is the word for economics. if you happen to be an economics major you should learn it but otherwise it won't really come up because how many economics majors are there out there
again i'll try to learn everything anyway, but if i'm comfortable with all the material in a chapter other than the words for casino and ukranian then i'll just move on
>>11350568pretty sure that's just jiyoon's
>>11350660hmm i see. ions are based on charges though no? idk how to do all that
it's the top one that i need but i need to identify the electron pair and molecular geometry of that structure
