I won't take a jab at the pedophilia, because it is honestly over-exaggerated. Not only is child abuse much more prevalent in non-Christian sectors like schools and judaism, but homosexuality is literally a sinful lifestyle and if anything the "pedophilia problem" in the Catholic church is actually a homosexual invader problem. Pedophilia is a sin, homosexuality is a sin, the Bible says anybody who embraces/takes pride in their sins is not a real Christian.
Technically I am Catholic because I was raised in a Polish Catholic home, but I don't call myself Catholic. I call myself a Christian because I put Christ and my personal bond with him before any temple or human organization.
I know there are true Christians who are saved that are Catholic, but honestly I think recently that 99% of people who identify as Christian are actually holding the anti-Christ spirit within themselves. Catholics, Evangelicals, Prots, etc. I am non-denominational.
