I remember Abi muttering “family” shaking her head so her mom is probably a meath head or something that got knocked up by a random guy and ate doesn’t even know who the dad is. She lived with her aunt briefly after the ogre dumped her after catching her cheating. And they were poor probably living on SSI and Abi would but them groceries with her bitchtank money.
