For you, I would say you need more fiber. That will help your hunger issues instantly. It usually comes in a powder in the supplement isle. Its tasteless and you can put it in anything. Water, meat, candy, or on its own. There's no flavor and you wouldn't even know its there. I put mine in my soup sometimes.
