Speaking of discord, I did try it once but deleted it not too long after. The app itself is alright for chatting, you don't need to provide your phone number like on whatsapp. But I saw no point in it really. The main draw I'm assuming are the servers which I don't want to be a part of as they would make me feel pretty uncomfortable, at least based on the screencaps I saw posted here.
