There's a reason I'm not excited when people "want my opinion" on something anymore: They're either going to move on by then, not get what they bargained for, or some other bs I already know will maintain my hopes as down as I keep them anyway since me ignoring them if they somehow get worse is still establishing myself on a low level I can agree on.
I only watch anime to remind me of how hard some people in this world work until I am crushed by the awareness of my own limits to the point I shouldn't bother raising my hopes to begin with.
