Does anyone even know who satan is?
I can say there's evil in the world, but to say "satan and his angels", implies satan has servants without a will of their own. In the Quran, the antagonist of mankind is Iblis "and not necessarily either as iblis is the progenitor of the insurrection against adam". So they describe demons as metaphysical entities that have a will of their own. God being the creator of all things seen and unseen, also means that in terms of the metaphysical, one can only go off what is alluded or inferred by through cultures and self.
Also, Djinn have a moral proclivities of their own, so to make an assertion that a "demon" is good or bad is more of a self-asserted judgement be it they are of their own will and nature. Some people also say animals may be culpable, but I see no deception in nature outside of mimicry for the sustenance of life in the animal kingdom. Also animals seem to be concerned in their own affairs as well.
There's a whole bunch of stuff in the occult that is best just avoided I say, cause humans have a capacity for paranormal/psychological experiences, but they are often time benign and temporary, and of course we have mood calming drugs to help people get off a compulsive thought, or perception.
Prayer does work, as what people do with religion is not my concern, but I do want people's opinions if they are comfortable sharing.
