There must, prima fascia, exist the phenomenon of “something from nothing” in order for anything in the universe to exist. This is demonstrable by showing that the universe, on a long enough timeline, exists as a closed entropic system, and the second law of thermodynamics means that it is incapable of supporting itself infinitely, thus must exist by cause of some extrauniversal force.
From the perspective of a consciousness in this universe, the only reasonable understanding of that force is to accept that it is not capable of representation by any means. It is literally from another universe, which means that it is not directly observable from within this one.
