I'm not making the Freudian claim that he wants to fuck trannies or wants to be trans but more that there's some deeper reasoning that goes into it. If they're very young that would explain a lot but if they're older behaving this way then I'd be able to drill into it and uncover where in their development they diverged or missed an important milestone that affected them throughout their life.
