Also my dad’s been hoarding these Elba sewing machines, he has 6 of them now and every time he brings one home I do a little maintenance routine on it. To my surprise even the ones that are really bad still can be gotten in a running and functional state in less than an hour, rarely are any parts broken or missing (except for the oil cans and accessories) they are simple and effective and fun to use.
Most of them have the original bulb light too but I’ve been looking for a LED replacement since filament bulbs get very hot in the small enclosure.
