Funnily enough I think there are parks in the middle of Lisbon, the fucking capital, that have roaming peacocks. They just never leave the parks even tho they could easily fly away. I'd be super cool if wild peacocks became a thing in my area.
>>19992131We have deer but most stay in the more interior parts of the country, the parts that are made up of very small villages, lots of abandoned ones and plenty of woodland. Funnily enough, people leaving the interior to move towards the cities in the coast has made it so deer and wolves have reigned territory.
We don't have any bears tho, we literally killed them all in the 1800's but Spain still had colonies and some have started to cross the border. Same thing for beavers. If there's one thing I'll forever be jealous of America is all the nature and wildlife you guys have.
