It's about when someone executes the process necessary to consummate a crime and puts a third party's rights at risk
If at that point the perpetrator goes back on his actions and manages to prevent the risk from becoming a violation to that person's rights, he is no imputable.
But what happens if he does everything in his power to prevent the damage, but for reasons external to him the violation to the victim's rights still happen? Is he imputable? Is it an attempted crime, or a regular one?
