For philosophy they had Nietzche who considered himself polish and hated being called german, and also wagner who was sometimes based and sometimes schizo
You also had Kant and all the other romanticist fags who were usually going schizo mode full on "feels over reals", and then you had orc tier prussian produced ones like clausewitz and junger
so in practice the only really noteworthy philosopher to come out from germany was Nietzche, and he didn't even consider himself german, philosophy is mostly a meme anyways, rationality is much better
