Sometimes he's posting it into threads that are about to get archived without bumping them or crops them into innocent looking pictures. He then collects it and reports it pretending to be an innocent, concerned third party. His goal is to "defeat and destroy 4chan" basically.
Same guy who got the /v/ archive taken down temporarily and also got catbox into trouble.
He will also target specific topics that make him seethe to get them blacklisted or get the mods so annoyed that they just ban the threads on sight cause he'll spam hardcore CP for 2 hours straight in a specific thread.
