a dozen or so acres of rural land seems perfect, and the prices in america are fucking insane, its cheaper to buy a whole property in america than to even organize a moving truck in australia.
you can still make $40k or so per year using ebay without taxes right?, (seems easily possible to sell random junk i find, and use the cash to buy food and have a savings account on the side).
if i need surgery or something i will just fly back to australia and use the free hospitals..
