These kinds of tasks force also require specialized skills which take time to hone to be effective. However, if the task force is trained decently and lives off the land this logistic network can be minimal (safe houses, ammo drops, etc.). The beauty of a guerrilla warfare is the guerrilla's ability to blend in with the population and use them as a lifeline of support. Use this to your advantage. There is no "right" way to do things.
