>>23471449Kenai peninsula was really cool. Only was there for 2 weeks so I only did a few things. Long days during the summer make all the vegetation huge. Biggest lupine I’ve ever seen. Harding ice field trail was probably the most epic hike I’ve ever done. Relatively short, but you traverse through temperate rainforest, through alpine meadow, and at the top it’s a snow covered desert overlooking the glacier and forest below. I’ll find some pics later.
