That just makes it so fucking funny
Then you have the capri-pantleg style length of the blazers arms that only come up to mid forearm.
And again, what just makes it way WAY too hilarious to be responsible isn't that someone drew this and thought "I'm going to make his outfit absolutely ridiculous" someone drew this because they thought it looked cool.
