Theres various levels of acceptance regarding your fitness level , some will take you even if your a massive lardass. Wouldn't advise being that guy, you will die exhausted and in an embarrassing way. They need guys bad. It's fucking desperate over there. But fucking prepare before you go, get the fuck in shape, no matter what role you are giving over there (99% chance it will be infantry) you will get stories if you survive. What KIND of stories those will be and how the guys in your unit will remember you is entirely up to you.
