>>8563446i haven't tried so i'm not sure, but i'd definitely encourage you to try poached. the idea is to break up the yolk and stir thoroughly after it's all done so you get an eggy brothy mixture everywhere. it's hard to imagine you could achieve something similar with hardboiled eggs unfortunately
